OBGYN Opportunity – Nashville, TN

Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is growing and seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or 2026 graduate who values compassionate care and collegial teamwork within a supportive private practice setting. 

Practice Highlights:

Comprehensive Practice: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.

Hospital Privileges: 

• Access to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital, both featuring Level III NICUs and conveniently located two blocks apart for efficient inpatient care.

Flexible Schedule:

•  3.5 clinic days per week with options for a post-call day off and/or dedicated OR half-days.
• Shared Call Model: 1:6 rotation ensuring equitable call and holiday coverage. Call can be taken from home unless clinically necessary, with dedicated nurses handling patient calls.

Strong Support System:

• • Robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team: including Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs), Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), and a Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Consistent in-office clinical support assigned to each provider
  • Weekend rounding support from APP's

We are a group of doctors, midwives and nurse practitioners who just LOVE taking care of women through all of the reproductive stages of life. Be it the teenager with questions about puberty and emerging sexuality, the reproductive age woman dealing with the challenges of getting pregnant or trying NOT to get pregnant or who is pregnant and is loving/hating it, or the menopausal woman who is gearing up for a second lifetime left to live.
