Practice evidence-based medicine in a strong, cohesive environment with excellent administrative support and minimal call. Brown University Health’s Rhode Island Hospital, in partnership with Women & Infants Hospital has an opportunity for an Ob/Gyn to join our collegial group with high patient satisfaction scores.

The Job:

  • Work in a highly collaborative setting with 11 Obstetric Gynecologists, 9 Midwives, 5 Gyn-only providers, 3 ambulatory Gynecologists, 3 MIGS Surgeons, 2 Gyn-Oncologists
  • The administrative team includes dedicated MA, surgical coordinator and onsite behavioral health support
  • Position is a 50/50 Ob/Gyn Split
  • Equal call (12hr shifts overnight)- Approximately 3–4-night shifts/month. 24hr shifts on holidays only
  • Manage both low and high-risk obstetric patients and treat a broad range of gynecologic conditions, including endometriosis, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, ovarian pathology, and infertility
  • Option to teach residents and medical students with a Brown academic appointment
