Samaritan Health Services has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pediatric Physician

Samaritan Health Services a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a Pediatrician to join our team in Corvallis, OR. 

Our award-winning health system provides exceptional primary care and a range of specialty services throughout the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Our skilled providers have a passion for building healthier communities through world-class, compassionate health care.

Job Specifics

  • Cohesive, well-established team of four other physicians
  • Four-day work weeks, including two standard clinic days (8a-5p) and two “evening” clinic days (approx. 9:30a-6:30p)
  • 18 – 22 patients/day
  • Outpatient clinical work with no inpatient duties
  • Shared phone call, including 1 day/week (24-hours) and 1 weekend/month
  • Medical Group employed model with 34 patient contact hours considered full-time

Job Requirements

  • Board certified/eligible pediatrician
  • Licensed (or license eligible) in Oregon
  • Comfortable working with an economically varied population
  • Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
