Practice Highlights

• No call, weekends, or holidays – enjoy a great work-life balance
• Average 15-18 patients per day, allowing time for quality patient care
• Dedicated 1:1 nursing support for seamless workflow
• Scribe eligible after six months to enhance efficiency
• Rotates within the EKG pool alongside Internists and Cardiologists
• Teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students

Recruitment Package

• Two-year guaranteed salary floor + production incentive & bonus potential
• Sign-on bonus
• Long-Term Incentive (Choose One): Educational loan assistance over five years or retention bonus over three years, beginning under a subsequent agreement
• Monthly stipend available during residency
• CME and relocation reimbursement
• Generous time off: 30 days annually (with increases over time), 5 CME days, and 8 holidays
