Orthopedic Hand Surgeon – UVA Health Culpeper
UVA Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our established group at Culpeper Medical Center. This is a turnkey practice with an existing patient base, strong local demand for hand surgery, and an experienced multispecialty orthopedic team already in place.
This role provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive hand and upper extremity care to a high-need community — expanding access, shortening wait times, and creating true local specialty availability close to home for patients in the Culpeper region.

Desired Start Date: ASAP
On-call requirement: 7 days / month
EMR: Epic
Setting: Clinic + OR
Hand therapy and X-ray available onsite
Day-to-Day Expectations:
Outpatient clinic
OR block time
Hand call and general ortho call
Average clinic volume: 26 patients per day
Inpatient responsibilities limited to consults / post-operative needs related to call

Requirements:
MD / DO
Fellowship training in Hand Surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible
