Salary: $325,000–$350,000 + productivity bonus + sign-on bonus
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (salary pro-rated for part-time)

Position Overview

Adirondack Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join our expanding pathology team in beautiful Saranac Lake, New York. This is a unique opportunity to practice general community pathology with a broad case mix and meaningful work-life balance in a supportive, collegial environment.

Position Highlights

• Interpret surgical pathology, cytopathology, and clinical laboratory specimens

• Provide frozen sections and intraoperative consultations

• Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and lab oversight

• Collaborate with multiple specialties in a full-service community hospital

• Subspecialty interests welcome (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $325,000–$350,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Productivity incentive for additional earnings

• Sign-on bonus available

• Part-time option available with pro-rated compensation

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology

• New York medical license (or eligibility)

• Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
