BayCare Clinic, located in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic team.
BayCare Clinic is a physician owned multispecialty clinic with hospital ownership interest and a longstanding partnership with Advocate Aurora Healthcare. Our practice comprises over 100 physicians, committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.
Join a subspecialized IR practice offering a balanced lifestyle and exceptional earning potential:
- Subspecialty Focus: 100% Interventional Radiology with minimal vascular ultrasound and CTA responsibilities.
- Flexible Schedule: Q2 model – one week on, one week off (26 weeks/year) with extremely rare call-backs.
- Home-Based Call: Call taken from home with a home PACS workstation provided.
- Single-Site Coverage: No travel between hospitals—coverage limited to one facility.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $700,000 plus a generous benefits and retirement package.
- Additional Income Potential: Optional internal moonlighting available during off weeks.
- Partnership Track: Opportunity for partnership in BayCare Clinic, including hospital ownership.
- Strong Support Team: Experienced IR nurse practitioners assist with daily workflow and minor procedures.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained interventional radiologist.
- Licensed in the State of Wisconsin or willing to obtain license.
