Location: Adirondack Health – Saranac Lake, NY (Multiple Practice Locations in the Tri-Lakes Region)
Schedule: Full-Time, Outpatient
Compensation: $230,000 – $260,000 annually, plus productivity and quality incentives

About the Opportunity

Adirondack Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care network in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum outpatient medicine in a collegial, patient-centered environment — supported by an organization committed to keeping high-quality care close to home.

You will join a dedicated team of clinicians and support staff focused on providing comprehensive, continuous, and coordinated care to our rural communities. Our practices offer the stability of hospital employment with the flexibility and autonomy of community practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $230,000 – $260,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: Eligibility for productivity and quality bonus programs

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
