- Licenses/Certifications: Alabama Medical License or eligible, Board-Certified in Internal Medicine
- Experience: Residency trained in Internal Medicine; prior hospitalist experience preferred

What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient coverage for adult patients in a busy hospital setting
- Manage unassigned ED patients requiring hospital admission
- Collaborate with intensivists on adult ICU admissions and care
- Co-manage transfer patients and support consults in-hospital
- Participate in team-based patient care alongside APPs and other specialists
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and coordination
- Support a team-oriented, flexible schedule in a renowned regional referral center
What You Need
- Alabama medical license or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospitalist or internal medicine experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
