Position: Neurosurgeon (Perm – Surgery – Neuro)
Location: Saginaw, MI
Facility: Covenant HealthCare – Level II Trauma Center, 650-bed acute care hospital

Covenant HealthCare is seeking a highly qualified full-time Neurosurgeon to join our esteemed surgical team in Saginaw, Michigan. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures, ensuring high-quality surgical outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and other specialists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Interpret advanced diagnostic imaging such as MRI, CT scans, and angiograms to inform clinical decision-making.
• Provide consultative, assessment, and follow-up care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate actively in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care while maintaining high surgical standards and professionalism.
• Operate within the high-acuity setting of a Level II Trauma Center, utilizing state-of-the-art support services and facilities.

Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery.
• Medical license to practice in Michigan or eligibility for licensure.
• Proven experience in cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures is preferred.
• Strong collaborative skills and commitment to multidisciplinary care.
• Demonstrated dedication to clinical excellence and patient safety.
