Pay & Benefits
  • Competitive salary starting at $300,000/year (base for 40h/week), with opportunity to earn up to $500,000/year including productivity bonuses
  • Sign-on bonus: $50,000
  • Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000
  • Loan repayment options available (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend)
  • Paid CME and board certification support: $5,000 annually
  • Paid time off: 248 hours (including vacation, holidays, CME)

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver outpatient rheumatology care at BVHS Wellness Park in a modern facility
  • Manage a personalized patient schedule and select your patient population
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive team of medical and surgical specialists
  • Participate in weekly CME sessions, Mayo Clinic Care Network programs, and possibly teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for seamless patient care across settings
  • Engage in practice improvement initiatives and influence clinic operations
  • Leverage access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds
  • Benefit from full support including in-house hospitalist coverage for inpatient needs
What You Need
  • Valid medical license in Ohio; board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse patient population
