Pay & Benefits
- Competitive salary starting at $300,000/year (base for 40h/week), with opportunity to earn up to $500,000/year including productivity bonuses
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000
- Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000
- Loan repayment options available (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend)
- Paid CME and board certification support: $5,000 annually
- Paid time off: 248 hours (including vacation, holidays, CME)

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outpatient rheumatology care at BVHS Wellness Park in a modern facility
- Manage a personalized patient schedule and select your patient population
- Collaborate with a comprehensive team of medical and surgical specialists
- Participate in weekly CME sessions, Mayo Clinic Care Network programs, and possibly teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Utilize Cerner EMR for seamless patient care across settings
- Engage in practice improvement initiatives and influence clinic operations
- Leverage access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds
- Benefit from full support including in-house hospitalist coverage for inpatient needs
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Ohio; board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse patient population
