Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Proven experience in urgent care or emergency settings.
• Ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and clinical decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations.
• Additional training in point-of-care ultrasound or minor procedures.
• Familiarity with quick turnaround patient management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urgent or family medicine settings.
• Prior experience in a similar fast-paced healthcare environment.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible scheduling, including potential weekend shifts.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Willingness to undergo background checks and credential verification.
