Required Skills:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Valid medical license to practice in Wisconsin
• Proven experience in urological procedures and outpatient care
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outreach programs and community-based care
• Familiarity with hospital call systems and electronic health records (EHR)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in urology
• Prior experience providing outreach or working in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexible days and times
• Willingness to travel approximately 7-10 days per month to Wausau and occasionally to Wisconsin Rapids
• Availability for one weekend per month on call
• Current medical licensure, certifications, and compliance with all healthcare regulations
• Reimbursement of travel, licensure, certification, and other applicable expenses
