Job Description: 8-bed pediatric emergency department with ability to flex to 12 13000 annual visits and growing!Pediatric subspecialty support24 hour shiftsSeeking providers with ongoing availabilityRate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS - Orientation Hours – 50 of standard rate - Hourly - OT over 40 hours/week Extra-Time standard rate- Holidays 1.25- Perm rates 25K MD/DO: max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdown Presentation will be prioritized by Rate Tiers: Tier 1 best – below or at 380Tier 2 - 380-390/hourTier 3 - 390-400/hour400 will not be accepted
