• Description: 24hr call includes inpatient coverage rounding and inpatient procedures Rate caps for submission: Malpractice – Must be included in rates. Orientation – 262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours” On Call Daily – 4000 - “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 6000 - “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis Call Back – 525 – “Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.” Holiday Call Back – 787.50 – “Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.” Schedule/Availability Requirements: Start Date: ASAP ongoing until replacement is found Days/month: 14 days per month 7 on/7 off Facility Location: CHI Saint Joseph Hospital 1 Saint Joseph Drive Lexington KY 40504Setting: Inpatient/Hospital SettingDuties: bread and butter inpatient GI ED call consultations ERCPRequired Procedures: ERCP highly preferred bread and butter endoEMR: EpicReason for Coverage: recruiting full time GI Support Staff: 3 inpatient APPs dedicated to GI.
