What You’ll Do
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Respond to emergency obstetric situations promptly
- Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently using the hospital’s EMR system
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines
- Support inpatient care during scheduled shifts, including deliveries and postpartum management
What You Need to Succeed
Required:
- Medical license in Texas
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active DEA and CSR credentials (preferred before start)
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Prior hospitalist or OB hospitalist experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
