Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Austin, TX

Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
- Valid medical license to practice in Texas
- Current hospital-based experience in obstetrics
- Excellent clinical skills and judgment in managing obstetric cases
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with high-risk pregnancies
- Ability to perform procedures such as C-sections, forceps deliveries, and episiotomies
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Prior locum or interim physician experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of OB hospitalist experience in a hospital setting
- Current and unrestricted medical license in Texas
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Willingness to travel to and from the location as needed
- All relevant hospital and state certifications up-to-date
- Willing to undergo background checks and credential verification
