What You’ll Do

• Provide OB hospitalist coverage in a busy, well-equipped facility
• Manage labor and delivery, postpartum care, and emergency obstetric situations
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Support patient care during shifts, ensuring continuous coverage
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Active Texas medical license
• Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in inpatient obstetric care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to evolving clinical needs

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospitalist or inpatient OB setting
• BLS/ACLS certification
