Required Skills:

• MD or DO with valid medical license to practice in Texas
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric and inpatient hospital settings
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Ability to manage high-acuity obstetric cases efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in high-risk obstetrics or emergency obstetric interventions
• Previous work as a locum or in a hospitalist setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active medical license in Texas or the ability to obtain one quickly
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist practice or equivalent clinical experience
• Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or advanced obstetrics procedures is a plus

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Credible provider references and malpractice insurance coverage (if applicable)
• Travel, licensing, certification, and related reimbursements provided as applicable
