Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid medical license for the state of Indiana
• Proven experience in inpatient obstetrics and delivery management
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-risk obstetrics
• Ultrasound proficiency
• Previous locum or temporary staffing experience
• BLS and NRP certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in obstetrics
• Prior experience working in hospitalist roles is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications in good standing
• Current DEA license, if applicable
• Ability to travel within the assigned hospital coverage area, with reimbursements provided when applicable
