Required Skills:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid medical license in Indiana or the ability to obtain one
• Proven experience in obstetrics, with the ability to manage high-risk pregnancies
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hospitalist models in obstetrics
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
• Previous locum or temporary physician experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of hospital-based obstetric practice
• Previous experience working in Indiana or similar regional settings

Other Requirements:

• Availability to cover shifts starting 12/31/2025
• Valid Indiana medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)
• Ability to adapt to varying hospital protocols
• Willingness to travel, if needed, with reimbursements provided
