Are you a dedicated OB Hospitalist looking to contribute your expertise in a vibrant hospital setting? CHI St. Anthony, a vital MHAS program located in the scenic city of Pendleton, Oregon, is seeking a highly skilled Locum Physician to provide exceptional obstetric care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work approximately 20 shifts per month, delivering critical services in a supportive environment while enjoying the beauty of Eastern Oregon.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Valid medical license with OB hospitalist experience preferred
• Proven skills in obstetric and inpatient care, including managing labor, delivery, and postpartum cases
• Strong assessment and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications such as NRP, ACLS, or other relevant credentials
• Prior experience working in hospital-based obstetric care settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in OB-GYN or family medicine with OB experience
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice, with hospitalist experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Active medical license in Oregon or the ability to obtain one quickly
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends on-call shifts
