Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice OB-GYN
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology procedures
• Strong knowledge of prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and ultrasound techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Certification in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and fetal monitoring
• Competence in using in-house lab and ultrasound systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with IMLC providers and quality assurance letters
• Bilingual abilities or experience serving diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Advanced training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting

Other Requirements:

• Availability for clinic schedule of 4 days per week, 8 am to 4 pm, with 1:4 call duties
• Willingness to provide overnight and weekend call coverage (Friday 8 am to Monday 8 am)
• Ability to travel for professional development or as needed (if applicable)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to hospital policies
