Exciting Locum Physician Opportunity: Interventional Radiologist in Windber, PA

Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Radiology with subspecialty training or experience in Interventional Radiology.
- Proficiency in performing light IR procedures, including biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, renal), drainages (paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage), lumbar punctures, and arthrograms.
- Strong clinical knowledge of imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, and Fluoroscopy.
- Excellent diagnostic skills with high attention to detail and patient safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a hospital setting with high-volume procedural cases.
- Familiarity with emergency radiology scenarios.
- Multimodal imaging expertise beyond core procedures.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or eligible in Radiology.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work on-site in Windber, PA, 1-2 weeks per month.
- Ability to comply with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements.
- Willingness to work days, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
- Must have or obtain all necessary state and federal licenses and certifications.
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $19.50, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
