Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in General Surgery
• Proven experience in performing a wide range of general surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, protocols, and patient safety standards
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgeries
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications in advanced trauma or surgical specialties
• Research or publication experience in surgical fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of post-residency surgical practice
• Prior experience in a hospital or trauma center setting

Other Requirements:

• Active medical license and board certification required
• Availability to start on or after December 9, 2025
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and emergencies
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care
