Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the state of practice
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven clinical expertise in women's health care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as an OB/GYN provider
• Prior experience in a busy outpatient clinic environment is preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability for partial or full-time shifts as scheduled
• Flexibility to work during clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with patient appointments beginning at 8:00 AM
• Willingness to work scheduled short-term shifts with longer shifts in upcoming months
• Willingness to travel for credentialing or training as needed
• Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and healthcare regulations

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
