Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid state licensure in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Proven clinical experience in women’s health care
- Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and adherence to confidentiality protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with outpatient clinics and diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
- Prior experience with women’s health procedures and screenings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN practice
- Current board certification or eligibility
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 3 to 4 days per week, including some short shifts with longer shifts available in upcoming months
- Availability for scheduled dates as specified, including January through July sessions
- Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements
- Willingness to travel occasionally if needed for training or meetings
