Ob-Gyn Associates of Advantia is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered OB/GYN physician to join our trusted women’s health team in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our practice is a diverse, multilingual group of experienced providers delivering comprehensive care for women across all stages of life—from adolescence and family planning to pregnancy and post-menopausal wellness.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered gynecologic and obstetric care focused on prevention, wellness, and expert diagnosis/treatment

  • Participate in a balanced call rotation supported by a cohesive physician and APP team

  • Mentor multidisciplinary team members and promote best practices in care delivery

  • Utilize advanced technologies and evidence-based approaches to enhance patient outcomes and experience

  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards

  • Stay current with evolving women’s health practices, innovations, and clinical guidelines


Qualifications

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care

  • Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians

  • Active Maryland medical license (or ability to obtain)
