We are seeking committed providers to cover clinical and hospital call duties over a 3 to 6-month period, starting January 2026, with potential for extension.

Overview
We are offering a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician position, focusing on delivering comprehensive female healthcare. The role involves weekday outpatient clinical services from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., along with hospital call coverage approximately 7–10 days per month. Candidates must be prepared for a consistent schedule and contribute to a team dedicated to quality patient care. This role is ideal for physicians seeking an engaging, impactful assignment with flexible scheduling options.

Required Skills

• MD or DO degree with valid medical license in the applicable state
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven clinical experience in OB-GYN services
• Ability to manage comprehensive patient care in outpatient and hospital settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active, unrestricted medical license with a clean malpractice record
• Flexibility to cover scheduled open dates and respond to call demands

Nice to Have Skills

• Active hospital privileges at Baptist facilities or similar institutions
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies and surgical procedures
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple patients efficiently

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in OB-GYN in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Prior experience with hospital call coverage in a similar environment

Other Requirements

• Providers must hold active Baptist privileges (preferred)
• Commitment to scheduled open dates listed, including specific dates in January, February, and March
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• All-Inclusive hourly pay rate of $1.00, including all hours worked, call, back call, and clinic hours
