No RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS Yes ATLS ACLS PALS BALS Required? Docs: ACLS if requesting Moderate Sedation 24 months of CME. PHYSICIAN SHIFT TIMES: CarePlex: 6a-3:30p 11a-8:30p 3:30p-1a 8:30p-6a Pt. Warwick: 7a-7p 7p-7a ANNUAL VOLUME: Ranges from 31-63k PATIENTS PER HOUR: 1.5-2 pph TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION: NO SCRIBE COVERAGE: NO ED BEDS FAST TRACK BEDS: Ranges from 19-40 SPECIAL SERVICES: Certified Stroke Center Free Standing ED BACKUP SPECIALTIES: CarePlex: stroke center OB Int Cards vascular GI surgery ortho with hand spine 2-3 days a week of neurosurgery nephrology neurology in addition to telestroke hematology/oncology urology pulmonary/critical care and podiatry. Pt. Warwick: same call availability as CP STEMI will go to another facility. EMR SYSTEM: EPIC ACTIVE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO PROCEED: YES but MD and DC Reciprocity is also an option PAID TRAVEL AND LODGING OR ALL IN RATE? Travel allowed PRIVILEGING TIMEFRAME 90-120 days EXPEDITED LOCUM PRIVILEGES? TBD ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS Orientation/EMR training Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour 07:00 - 19:00
