VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Interventional Radiology.

• Description: Job ID #: 2369257 Specialty: Radiology Start Date: April 2024 Contract Length: 6 months Shift Details: Monday-Friday Hours: 8a-5p unless on call then 10a-7p 7a-7p Saturday/Sunday workshifts backupcall overnight for 1:6 rotation 1 week at a time Work Details: • Support staff: 2 PAC admins hospitalist and techs on at night 6 physician/1APP group • Department description: Working on becoming a level 3 Hospital. Diagnostic/Interventional Ratio: 90-10 • EMR: EPIC/ Sectra • Special procedures: Batch Reads ER reads any catch up reads needed. o Diagnostic Radiology certification/board preparation required as well as certification to read Mammography. o Procedural Expectations: ? Light IR Thoracentesis ? Paracentesis ? Arthograms ? Routine CT ? Ultrasound guided biopsies ? Lumbar Puncture ?
