We’re seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
Practice Highlights
- Signing bonuses up to $40,000 available

- 24/7 in-house Hospitalist, ICU, anesthesia, OB, and radiology coverage
- Extensive specialty support including cardiology, neurology, general surgery, GI, hematology/oncology, nephrology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, psychiatry, urology, and vascular surgery
- Primary Stroke Center
- Primary STEMI Center with in-house cath lab
What your practice will look like
You’ll practice as part of a collaborative Hospital Medicine team with extensive in-house and on-call specialty support. With 24/7 ICU and Hospitalist coverage and access to advanced diagnostic and interventional resources, physicians have the clinical support needed to efficiently manage a diverse inpatient population.
About the Facility
Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center is a 255-bed hospital serving Mechanicsville and the greater Richmond area. The hospital offers comprehensive inpatient and specialty services, including advanced cardiac, stroke, surgical, and diagnostic capabilities, with an in-house cath lab and access to interventional radiology.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated employed base pay: $130/hour
- $100,000 equity ownership opportunity after 3 years (full-time)

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
