Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics
• Proven experience in pediatric inpatient and outpatient care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle newborn and pediatric populations with compassion and professionalism
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CLIA-waived testing procedures
• Prior work in a clinic-based or hospital setting
• Familiarity with pediatric emergencies and neonatal care
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric clinical practice
• Previous hospitalist or outpatient pediatric experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be capable of working a rotating call schedule, including weekends
• Ability to perform approximately 10 days of call per month, primarily for newborn care
• Willingness to participate in non-office hours on-call duties and documentation
• Willingness to travel or provide coverage as needed
• Valid state medical license and appropriate certifications
