Summary

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Anesthesiologist to join our anesthesiology team with equal coverage across our Seattle, Bellevue, and Tacoma Medical Centers.  This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration.  

Position Highlights:

This is a multi-disciplinary Anesthesiology practice involving the full breadth of elective and acute care general surgery. There is a team spirit of collaboration with an emphasis on continuous learning, education, quality improvement, and standardization of care and best practices. We have a full multi-disciplinary team of physicians and robust support staff, including CRNAs, RNs, and MAs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $ 449,178 to 528,445 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value-Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

Qualifications

• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA 
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
