Position Highlights:

• Exceptional leadership opportunity to develop and teach Family Medicine Residents
• Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and educators across Meritus Health’s network.
• Balanced schedule with 40C% Clinical and 60% administrative time, plus flexible clinical practice (inpatient, outpatient, or mixed).
• Academic appointment through affiliated institutions, with opportunities for teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activity.
• Engage in curriculum development in adherence to ACGME guidelines, and resident training

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary of $245,000, plus bonus opportunities.
• Signing bonus starting at $25,000.
• Relocation allowance: $50,000 for candidates moving to Washington County
• CME allowance: $5,000 annually plus $1,500 for business expenses and 10 days of CME.
