• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with lunch break
• 12 - 15 patients per day in outpatient setting
• After-hours call only 3 weeks per year, all telephonic
• Medicare Advantage experience required
• Board-certified or board-eligible in geriatric medicine, IM, or FM
• No hospital duties or resident supervision
• Group practice setting with regional call rotation
• Focus exclusively on geriatric outpatient care
