Primary Care Physician – Southern California
Location: Apple Valley, CA (55 min from Lake Arrowhead)

What You Will Receive:

• Competitive base salary up to $400,000

• $20,000 sign-on bonus

• 22.5% annual incentive bonus (AIP) based on performance

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible California medical license

• 1–2 years clinical experience preferred; new 2026 graduates encouraged to apply
