- Description: Under the direction from the clinical chairman provides outpatient care for patients primarily the ages of 65.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:
The clinic is open Monday through Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm. The preferred schedule would be 4 days a week 10 hour shifts- with a day off on Wednesday or Thursday.
Will be taking call about 2 weekdays and 1 weekend per month/will only be taking calls never called back inWeekday Call 5p-7aWeekend Call 7a-7a

Approximately 15-18 patients per day to see Acutes Annual Wellness Exams Follow Up Visits Surgical Clearances Hospital and ER Follow Ups etc.First day info: First day consists of hospital orientation second day is Cerner training with Provider Concierge/IT third through fifth day is shadowing elbow support will be provided the first two days seeing patients.

Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels.
