• Description: Holy Cross Hospital is looking for a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon to start in April for an ongoing assignment.Reason for Coverage: Loss of provider Practice Setting Office-Clinic/Outpatient/Hospital Based/Rounding: AllSchedule Shifts and Hours: 12 hour shifts 3-4 times per week/Saturday amp Sunday 7a-7a 24 hours on call Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2-3 Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma 3Number of Operating Rooms: 3 for CVTSDocumentation System/EMR: EPIC amp CupidPatient Age Demographic Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric: Adult 25Prefer local provider but if not the following should be applied: No first class or business class flights - only coach Regular hotel rooms - no suites or luxury hotels30 day credentialing timelineTrinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees***
