VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Emergency Medicine.

• Description: Summary: We are need of 24 hr ED provider coverage. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. Current schedule is two providers per 24 hrs working 12 hr shifts. Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10am to 10 pm . Rate Caps for Submission: Malpractice – Must be included in rates. Orientation – half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours” Hourly – 360 - “Per 12hr shiftHoliday – Must be 1.5x the regular rates “Per holiday hour no OT” Schedule/Availability Requirements: 24 hr ED provider coverage. Alexius Health Williston ND Setting: rural and CAH hospital FTE: 2.0 Duties: ER board certified duties Required Procedures: ER procedures EMR: Meditech Support Staff: App amp nursing Reason for Coverage: Break in current contract Preferred Lodging Credentialing Information: Timeframe 30 days Credentialing with other facilities? No Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility: Admissions per day – Patients/day – 50-60 per day Types of cases – all ER trauma stroke
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
