Join our dedicated team as a Locum Radiologist and play a vital role in providing high-quality imaging services in a dynamic hospital setting. In this role, you will be responsible for covering Fluoroscopy procedures, working onsite in a busy hospital environment. Your expertise will support a broad spectrum of modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, NM, and Fluoro, with a typical volume of 90-100 cases per shift. The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, utilizing the EPIC EMR system, with the PACS system currently transitioning. Efficient and accurate dictation with Powerscribe is essential to ensure seamless reporting.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice radiology in South Carolina
• Board Certification or Eligible in Radiology
• Proven experience with Fluoroscopy procedures and multiple imaging modalities
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR and Powerscribe dictation systems
• Ability to interpret diverse imaging studies efficiently
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with PACS system transitions
• Subspecialty certifications or additional expertise in advanced imaging
• Prior experience in a hospital-based setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical radiology practice, preferably in a hospital environment
• Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility

Other Requirements:

• Coverage during the scheduled periods with flexibility for potential extensions
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Travel reimbursement, licensure, and certification support when applicable
