OB/GYN Opportunity – Award-Winning Rural Kansas Hospital

Our Regional Medical Center is seeking an OB/GYN to join our provider-based Women’s Health Center serving women in a four-county area. In 2023, our OB department received All Around Best of the Best OB Departments by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for Newborn Screening Standards. • Our OB department delivers 380 babies, annually
• 8,289 clinic visits in 2022
  

Qualifications

• Accepting M.D. or DO.
• Completion of recognized OB/GYN Residency.
• Board Certified or Board eligible

Benefits:

• Salary range: $380,000 to $430,000 with RVU production bonus
• Stipend available to current residents
• $30,000 sign on bonus
• $10,000 relocation

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation.  

Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities.
