Psychiatrist Faculty needed for Wesley Residency Program

AdventHealth Family Medicine Residency in Wesley Chapel is hiring a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join our faculty to educate and empower the next generation of family physicians.  

The position itself will be 80% clinical & 20% GME administrative. Position will include both outpatient office hours and inpatient hospital rounding. The ideal candidate would have some level of both clinical experience as well as educational experience working with residents.

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. Ideal candidate would have experience in academic medicine, strong communication skills, and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.

Faculty will be responsible for administering and maintaining an educational environment conducive to educating residents in each of the ACGME competency areas subspecialty boards as required by the ACGME. Equivalent educational qualifications may be acceptable by the FM Review Committee of the ACGME.
