DAP Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team at Centro Medico Escondido, located in desirable North San Diego County.

• Competitive base salary up to $312,000

• $30,000 sign-on bonus (50% at start, 50% at 6 months)

• Patient volume: 3 patients per hour

About the Practice – Centro Medico Escondido

Centro Medico Escondido is a community-focused primary care clinic serving North San Diego County. Physicians enjoy a collaborative environment with experienced mid-level providers and dedicated support staff, allowing you to focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Scope of Practice

Physicians will practice the full scope of Family Medicine, including:

• Preventive medicine and wellness visits

• Chronic disease management

• Acute care and same-day visits

• Minor office-based procedures

• Women’s health services

• Integrated behavioral health support

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to individuals and families

• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

• Manage chronic illnesses and deliver preventive services

• Perform minor procedures and routine women’s health services

• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and support staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives (UDS, HEDIS, peer review)

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Support team-based, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)

• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Active DEA registration

• Current BLS certification

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

• Demonstrated commitment to health equity and community-based care
