Part-time Urology opportunity in Pilot Knob, Missouri!

Iron County Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to join a well-established rural health team and support outpatient services as the current provider approaches retirement. This role is ideal for a physician seeking a low-volume, flexible part-time schedule with predictable hours and no call responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• Practice Setting: Outpatient only
• Schedule:
• ~2 days per month in clinic and/or OR
• Flexible scheduling options
• Patient Volume:
• Clinic only: 18–20 patients/day
• Clinic + OR days: 10–15 patients/day, depending on surgeries
• Support Team:
• 6 physicians in specialty
• 5 APPs (no APP oversight required)
• EMR: Athena
• Hospital:
• 15-bed critical access hospital
• 24-hour ER, lab, imaging, swing bed program
• Access to podiatry, cardiology, rheumatology, general surgery, ENT, GI/hepatology
• Call: None (weekday or weekend)
