Vandalia Health CAMC is seeking an Assistant/Associate Program Director to join a growing academic psychiatry program in one of the region’s premier teaching environments. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate psychiatric educator and leader who is motivated to advance mental health care delivery across rural and Appalachian communities through innovation, mentorship, and systems-based care. As a key member of the department’s leadership team, the incoming physician will work closely with the Program Director, departmental leadership, and institutional administration to strengthen clinical education, enhance resident development, and expand community-focused psychiatric services.
