- Become part of a busy, patient-focused team of four providers, supported by two experienced APPs and a dedicated administrative staff.

Exceptional Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package:
- The base compensation for this full-time position is $300,000 annually. A quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
- Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
- Paid malpractice.
- Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.
- Eligible for 401k contributions after 1 year, and profit-sharing contribution after 2 years equaling 15% of salary.
