Banner University Medical Group (BUMG) Tucson is recruiting an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our expanding academic spine program as a Junior Faculty Physician. This non-ACGME accredited position is ideal for early-career surgeons who are looking for extensive clinical experience, structured mentorship, and a pathway to progressive academic and clinical independence within a collaborative academic setting.
Our program offers comprehensive training across adult and pediatric deformity, revision surgery, minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques, spine oncology, trauma, and complex spinal reconstruction. As an academic medical center, we are committed to integrating teaching, clinical excellence, and research innovation to cultivate the next generation of leaders in orthopedic spine surgery.
