This practice is located in Nazareth Pennsylvania in Lehigh County. At this location, there are 3 Physicians and 1 APC.  The office is open Monday from 7:40a-7p and Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p with call being rotated between all the Physician's and APC's in a large call group in the region.  Patient slot durations consist of 40 minutes for new patients, child well visits,  wellness visits for 45 and older, TOC, and medical clearance and 20 minutes for return patients, acute visits, and wellness visits for 45 and younger. Full time is considered 36 patient facing hours with part time being considered.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
