• Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm inpatient psychiatry
• 8-12 patients per day on average
• Adult inpatient psychiatric facility
• Multidisciplinary team with social workers and therapists
• Ages 18-35 adult population
• 7-10 day average length of stay
• Referrals from other hospitals and community walk-ins
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
