Brief Description: Allendale County is a small rural community. Location is approximately in the center of Augusta, GA, Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC, and Columbia, SC about an hour and a half from all of these.
Community Size: Less than 9,000 residents in the County

Start Date: Upon licensing and credentialing
Credentialing: 60 days
Schedule: 10, 24-hour shifts/month
Call: 24/7 call every other night with tele nocturnist

• SNF Beds:44 bed SNG, owned by the hospital but not medically managed by hospital physicians.
• Average Daily Census: 3-4

Subspecialty Support: None
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Ancillary Services: PT, OT, Speech, Cardiopulmonary
Experience + Qualifications

• Ability to vent management

• Active SC License or the ability to obtain

• Independent Contractor (1099)

• $299,000+/year for 10 shifts per month
