OverviewOSF HealthCare invites a mission?driven Non?Invasive Cardiologist to step into a clinical leadership role that shapes the future of cardiovascular care in the Galesburg region. This position blends direct patient care with meaningful operational and clinical leadership, offering the chance to influence strategy, elevate care delivery, and mentor a high?performing team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
You will serve as both a practicing cardiologist and the Supervising Clinician for the cardiovascular service line, ensuring alignment with OSF’s strategic objectives while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Clinical Practice
- Provide high?quality, patient?centered non?invasive cardiology care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, evidence?based treatment.
- Support standardization of clinical workflows and best practices across the service line.
Leadership & Oversight
- 5-10 hours per week administrative time wtih flexible clinic schedule
- Lead and mentor physicians and APPs within the assigned clinical environment.
- Communicate and execute operational tactics that support OSF’s strategic goals.
- Champion OSF Leader Competencies and model mission?driven leadership.
- Drive change initiatives and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with OSF policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $525,000--$600,000.
- Clinical compensation is prorated based on FTE. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (MD or DO)
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the clinical delivery of medical care
- Licensure/ Certification: Certification in area of specialty
- Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to successfully lead and motivate a workforce.
