You’ll practice in a well-supported Emergency Department designed for efficient, high-quality care. Physicians have a meaningful voice in clinical operations, contributing to a practice that values input, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The pace is balanced, within a close-knit team that emphasizes collegiality and mutual support. You’ll benefit from smooth throughput to our own USACS Hospitalist Team who do all patients admits.
The patient population offers moderate acuity with a diverse clinical scope, making it an ideal setting for a well-rounded Emergency Medicine practice. Additionally, there is a streamlined transfer process to other Sentara facilities via a dedicated transfer center that manages logistics.
